The AEROBOTICS GLOBAL reserves all of its rights in AEROBOTICS GLOBAL Content and AEROBOTICS GLOBAL Online Services. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by the AEROBOTICS GLOBAL or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms

Aerobotics Global shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Aerobotics Global and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Victoria for the resolution of any disputes.

Terms And Conditions – Aerobotics Global ( Non – Funded Workshops)

Privacy – Personal information

All personal information collected by the Aerobotics Global Pty. Limitedis protected by the Privacy Act 1988. When you browse the Aerobotics Global website, you do so anonymously; we don’t collect your email address or your machine code.

Aerobotics Global does collect information from those who register for events or who purchase products or request other materials from Aerobotics Global. This information is used for sales transactions, information regarding upcoming events and products, research and evaluation, and maintaining the customer database. If you wish to have your information removed or altered, please contact Aerobotics Global by e-mail, phone or post.

Injury and Loss of property

I concur that Aerobotics Global and its staff will not be responsible for the loss of property or any damage that might be sustained by any of my kids during the participation in the programs.

Permissions

If unable to communicate with me, I authorize the manager in control to give my child such surgical treatment that might be considered fundamental by any medicinal professional, and I give my approval to transport my child by an emergency vehicle administration and pay all the costs acquired by Team Aerobotics Global

Permission to use comments, testimonials, resources, photographs or work samples

You confirm that by accepting our terms and conditions you give Aerobotics Global to use comments, testimonials, photographs, work samples and teacher resources gathered and created at our events. They might be used in one, or more, of the following; curriculum resource units, for research and evaluation purposes, newsletters, professional learning materials, the Aerobotics Global website, CD, DVD and other promotional materials.

If they are used on the Aerobotics Global, CD, DVD and/or promotional materials, you need to be aware of the following: – Testimonials, photographs and work samples can be copied and used by any web user; – Once testimonials, photographs or work samples have been published on the web, there is no control over subsequent use and disclosure; and – Testimonials, photographs and work samples will be accessible to millions of people around the world.

I hereby give consent to Aerobotics Global, to use my child/children’s name, image and/or any interview statements by them in the media activities (including the Internet).

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

Permission to reproduce the student-created project, in whole or in part, to alter, amend, delete or modify for the purpose of promoting future competitions, in publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), and/or in mailings for educational and other awareness.

You also agree to exempt Aerobotics Global and all persons acting under its jurisdiction from any injury that may occur to the student while attending events

Permitted Use

Aerobotics Global Professional Learning materials (hard copy or digital) are for use in the conduct of professional learning workshops. All such workshops must use the materials as presented without modification.

You may only reproduce the resource sheets for use in the workshops you facilitate. The workshops and the resource sheets you provide must be done free of charge. Resource sheets may only be provided as a hard-copy handout. Electronic distribution is not permitted.

Any workshop you facilitate and/or resource you provide must be done without modification.

It is not permitted to run workshops using the Aerobotics Global Professional Learning materials unless you have first trained as a Facilitator, Tertiary Facilitator or attended a Curriculum Leader workshop facilitated directly by Aerobotics Global.

Subscription

I understand I will be subscribed to Aerobotics Global’s emails automatically that will alert me about the programs, special offers and other updates, and can unsubscribe at any time.

Registered Trademarks

The image of the AGB letter, and the logos of Aerobotics Global, are registered trademarks of the Shanti solutions pty. Limited and may not be used without the prior written permission from the company.

The words ‘Aerobotics Global’ and ‘Aerobotics Global: Technology that excited’ are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission from the Academy.

Commercial Use

In limited circumstances, the Academy may authorise the use of the Aerobotics Global Professional Learning materials and/or the use of its registered trademarks for commercial purposes, such as to advertise or run workshops where fees are charged. Any such authorisation will be in the form of a detailed written agreement.
